Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders worldwide. Your parcel will insured and tracked.

When will my order going to be shipped?

We’ll always ship your order within 7 days after payment, but typically it’s within 24 hours. If for some reason your shipment is delayed we’ll notify you immediately.

What is your return and refund policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive items that are damaged, defective or incomplete please contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your shipment we can arrange for the items to be picked up and returned to us. In the event of a error we will do our best to remedy the situation quickly and fairly.

Our items are returnable as long as they are unopened and in as-shipped condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A credit or refund will be given. Shipping/handling is not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse items that have been opened, damaged or use, unless there is an error on our part. Custom or special order items cannot be returned.
